I tried lemoncello for the first time when visting Italy. It has now become one of my favourite drinks/ shots! My grandad bought me a bottle for when I went back to university. One of our last conversations on the phone was me telling him I had already finished the bottle and that my uni course was going well. He laughed and said thats excellent lovey. I have a lot of lovely memories of my grandad which I will cherish forever. He was always proud and interested in what I was doing. It doesn’t seem real that I wont hear his voice down the phone anymore, even if he did talk at me in italian! 

To grandad , thank you for the lemoncello, thank you for always supporting me and thank you for being my grandad. I know you’ll always be with me.
